How I do a Vitamin C Flush:

A good idea is to start with around 4,000 mg of vitamin C (or 1tsp) on an empty stomach and repeat this every 15 minutes until your bowels eliminate.You can up it to 2 tsp every 15 minutes if it is taking longer to hit your bowel intolerance. 
IMPORTANT: be sure to drink 8-12oz of water after each dose as well. 

Once you hit your bowel intolerance, add up how many mg’s you did and that will be your tolerance level. Going forward, take that amount whenever you like to do a C-flush. Then your daily recommended amount is 60% of your tolerance amount split into 2 doses. If you have extreme toxicity and are sensitive to any sort of detoxes, try doing just 1000 mg first to make sure you don’t get a healing crisis. It is recommended to repeat the flush every 1-2 weeks for 6 months, then 1x monthly ongoing while staying on your 60% bowel tolerance dose daily.
